Royston Choral Society (RCS) is a friendly, unauditioned choir of around 60 singers from a wide range of backgrounds and singing abilities united by enjoying singing together to produce memorable concerts.

RCS rehearses on Tuesday evenings 7.45- 9.45 in Royston Parish Church and performs around four times a year in Royston and surrounding villages. New singers are welcome to join RCS by coming along to an open rehearsal. On 24th September 2016 our Royston Arts Festival choral workshop at The Old Bull Inn, featured popular choruses from the ’Messiah’ and provided an alternative taster session.

In 2015-16, our first season with Andrew O’Brien as Musical Director, concerts included Brahms’ A German Requiem, Stainer’s Crucifixion and Purcell’s Dido and Æneas.
